Ask DALLAS - I am an IT (Information Technology) guy. I've been self employed as a consultant, analyst, programmer since October 1977. That is a long time in the IT industry that started in the late 1960s. I won't bore you with all the acronyms and buzz words over the past 40 years, but I can attest IT is fun and it is always moving forward. I can confirm over and over that the technology tools of five years ago may not even exist today.
A programmers rule: "Grow with the tools or get out of the way".
